1Pre-launch

DQEQH is currently in pre-launch. Joining the waitlist is not a contract and does not guarantee acceptance as an expert.

Separate terms for selling, payments and fees will be published before sales open, and you will be asked to accept them.

2Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorized use.

3Acceptable use

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, try to breach or disrupt it, harvest user data, impersonate anyone, or post abusive content or content that infringes others' rights.

4Intellectual property

The DQEQH name, logo, site design and content belong to us. Content that experts upload remains theirs; the selling terms will set out the license needed to display it.

5Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" during this stage. Features may change or stop without prior notice.

6Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the site.

7Termination

We may suspend any account that breaches these terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

8Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

9Changes

We may change these terms and will post the update date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
